In an environment where this idea is too harsh

We should normalize to rest
And push away everything that wants to wrest it from us
Many people define rest as stagnation
But rest is different from idleness
Rest prepares you for a new and big move
Rest is that soft wind that gets your soul in the groove
More than a moment, rest is a state
A state that makes you feel the taste of peace
Rest is the art of working effectively with ease
And as children of the kingdom, REST is a Command
Cause our Lord Jesus is the King of Sabbath
Let down your guard,
Lean on God
And Learn to rest
