After resolving this fatefull dilemma that existed for millenials
After balancing this equation of Mercy and Justice,
Love and Sin
Glory and Shame
After balancing all the accounts,
He screamed out, with his last breath:
Tetelestai, It is finished!
Yes it is finished, It is settled!
Yes once for all, JESUS broke the wall,
That separated us with the Father.
The veil was torn in two
So that we may be one with the Father.
On the cross, He gambled his throne so that we may be seated on his right hand.
He traded his deity so that He could gain the whole humanity to Himself.
He reached the lowest part of darkeness so that we may seated in the highest position in glory at his right and be called his Son of God.
Shame engulfed him yet He swallowed pain with love.
He was like sheep to the slaughter yet He stood gracefully.
He was wounded for our transgresssion
The chastisment of peace fall on the Prince of Peace.
All this for ME, just for ME!
Pity didn’t push Him but Love drove Him.
He saw me on the horizon and it gave Him the courage to endure the cross.
So Easter is not just any day of remembrance on the calendar,
But It is a call to live the resurrection Life on daily basis!
It is not just a story of an innocent man accused wrongly and hunged on a tree,
But it is our Redemption testimony of the reckless love of God paying the price of his bride.
On the cross He cried out with his last breath, “It is finished!”
Those 3 words that overturned the fate of sin and death.
The ” it is finished” that started it all.
Who knew that through death, He could give birth to many?
Who ever imagined that the Light could reach the abyss of darkness?
Who could believe our report?
The sun saw it and hide,
The earth witnessed it and trembled.
Unfathomable to see the Author of life facing death in the name of love.
He did not took the problem as something remote or unimportant, He went for the jugular.
He descended from the highest place in the heaven and went to the lowest part in hell.
He shook the hell and took the keys.
And exclaimed Tetelestai, it is finished!
Light overpowered darkness.
He nullified the power of the death
Grace conquered Sin!
His Love is our victory!
So Easter is not just any day of remembrance on the calendar,
But it is a call to live the resurrection Life on daily basis.
So live really live!
Live like someone died for you,
Not just any someone but God Himself laid down his life, so that you may live.
Live really live!
Live free, Live fully!
dwell in his Love!
Live in the victory that Jesus Christ purchased for you.
Yes Indeed, it is finished!
Tetelestai is the message.
